Safety escorts from the Student Activities Center and extra patrols provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Safety escorts will ensure our students get to their vehicle or resident hall safely upon departing the student activities center late at night.

Safety Escorts can be requested by calling 826-5555 or using the blue phones. For comfortability and optional preference of our students, starting on September 9, students will have the additional option to request their escort be a fellow student peer. These will be available Thursday 9 p.m.-11 p.m., and Friday - Saturday 10 p.m.-midnight.

You can also download Humboldt's new Rave Guardian App. This is a new offering which allows students to have direct access to UPD through an app and allow others to know they are safe. Students simply need to download the app, set up an account and they're on their way to taking their safety into their own
hands.
